Perhaps the easiest way to reduce your pain levels, though, is by cutting sugar from your diet and enjoying real food. Stop shopping the shelves for pre-packaged food items, because while they may be delicious they are dead foods. They offer no nutritional value whatsoever.
Increase your fruit and vegetable intake and reduce your consumption of food that comes in a packet or a box. Sugar (and trans-fats) are seriously guilty of causing inflammation, leafing to chronic pain.
If you aren’t convinced, just try it for yourself and see the result. Give yourself three weeks without processed carbs, chips, sodas, and packaged foods and see how you feel.
