She consistently collaborates with other disciplines to ensure that patient’s diagnostic tests or follow ups visits are scheduled in timely manner.
She advocates for the patient by maintaining a close interdisciplinary approach with other medical teams for example:
1. Patient who did not belong to Endocrinology randomly stopped by Ms. Costa' s office with questions about his medications.
