Throughout the many sections of the book, the authors describe many concepts to help you become an effective learner. The main aspects references are all functions of how we learn as a whole, just like the human body. Most, if not all, our body parts need to be working in order for us to survive, and all these aspects need to be balanced properly in order for us to learn effectively. Having all these aspects; exercise, sleep, diets, health and academics, balanced and you’re stable, is being in harmony with your brain. However, we need to learn, and make mistakes and fail during the process to reach this standpoint. I believe Doyle & Zakrajsek informs and guides us well to achieve this
