a relationship with her daughters’ paternal grandmother in an effort to continue having overnight visitations with her daughter until she receives a new child custody hearing. Ms. Holden shared a letter that she received on 03/27/17 from the County assistance office with ICM. The letter stated that Ms. Holden would no longer qualify for cash benefits effective on 04/13/17 and due to no longer qualifying for cash benefits she did not qualify for medical assistance. ICM explained how imperative it is that Ms. Holden contacts the County Assistance Office in an attempt to keep her benefits from getting terminated. Ms. Holden agreed to contact the office via telephone to schedule an appointment with her case worker. ICM provided Ms. Holden with information for free educational and employment opportunities available to Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) residents. ICM reviewed with Ms. Holden the programs available to her and encouraged her to contact her Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator for additional information or to register for a course. Ms. Holden stated that she did not know who her family-self –sufficiency coordinator was, therefore ICM assisted her with contacting PHA in an effort to obtain contact information for her coordinator. ICM was unable to reach staff at PHA; however, ICM instructed Ms. Holden to continue calling until she obtains the contact information for her coordinator. ICM then provided Ms. Holden with information for an upcoming career fair at Temple University. ICM suggested that Ms. Holden review her resume and cover letter and make adjustments as needed.
