The subject of thesis is in the context of the poly pathological follow-up, with consideration of several pathologies (heart failure, diabetes, renal failure, etc.).
We are particularly interested in the measurements carried out in order to detect recurring causes of both physiological measurements, from medical sensors, and subjective information from the patient and his or her behavior. The aim will be to identify related sets of data, which share the same temporal evolutions, likely to enable doctors to improve their diagnosis and to anticipate the detection of acute decompensations.
