Accountability in the health care industry ensures that there is careful handling of the public resources allocated per department in the organization. This means that whatever amount of resources allocated be it in terms of money or goods, they should be handled with care and used to ensure maximum benefits to all the people. In the case with money, the healthcare industry has to ensure that it has used the money allocated to purchase the necessary equipment or drugs needed in the industry and not to misuse the money.
