Summary: The SNS Disaster Response Team

During 2016 Ms. Noble has been an active member of the SNS Disaster Response Team and is always willing to assist with special request. When complaints from clients and or their families are brought to Ms. Noble’s attention she handles those complaints appropriately. She is consistent in notifying upper level management when issues arise. She assures that appropriate action is taken when there is a need for protective services. She makes herself available for assessor team staff to come to her and ask questions. She advises her staff and management when she will be away from the office. She communicates with providers as necessary.

During 2016 there has been strain working with Ms. Noble and criticism has not always been received well
