Revision questions and practice quizzes will be available on Blackboard to help you revise and study for this assessment item. Task 4 is a comprehensive, two hour final examination, consisting of multiple choice questions, short and long answer questions. It will be based on the theoretical components of the course materials covered throughout the 13 weeks of semester 1. The examination will be held during the end of semester centrally scheduled examination period. Students are expected to make themselves available during the examination period. Assessment Criteria Students will be assessed on the following: • the level of comprehension of the theoretical content • ability to provide correct answers to questions on the theoretical content sourced from the course lectures and readings • ability to apply knowledge from lectures and readings to problems relevant to physiology ANY ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS Assignment Submission Please read the specific assignment instructions carefully for assignment submission. Students who fail to submit an assessment item on time may be penalised 5% per day (including weekends) until the assignment is submitted. Extensions for any online quiz will only be granted after formal application (VTA with supporting documentation). The documentation provided must clearly indicate that the student has been disadvantaged from completing the quiz for a substantial amount of the time that the quiz was available (e.g. 4 out of 7 days).
