The negative aspect has minimal control over destructive behavior and any type of conflict can be extremely disruptive. A motivational problem of order is when particular structures of social systems can develop as potential disruption, such as the problem of opportunity, the problem of prestige, and the problem of power (pg. 2). Parsons is concerned with how we keep a capital going strong through a safety net and how well a social system is constructed (4/5). A rather important aspect is a positive disruption of a system of social relationships, and the withdrawal of individual responsibilities. An individual’s withdrawal is in fact the most important direction toward deviant behavior, which develops problems of social control. Notably illness is a very important type of withdrawal behavior in society. Conformity- alienation can be established by conforming to the propositions of others or being alienated by them. (pg. 2) Changes in society is focused on attitudes in modern society to conform or deviate from a social system (4/5).
