Target's Global Competitive Strategy
Targets apparel lines continue to show opportunity as they are sustainable with the US competitive markets, for going global they would be able to create and hold a strong competitive advantage because;

If Target were to go global with their apparel brand or company wide products they would have the ability to provide designer and high end offering at affordable prices would be the greatest strength for the product.

Target could deploy designer fashion from various countries gaining consumers that they would not have been able to reach before.

The ability to adhere to a wide range of consumers of different ages and genders with their prices, fashion lines and social media engagement gives Target the ability to create a strong global marketing strategy.

If they organization were to go global Target would have the ability to turn their current operations and strategy into a strong competitive marketing approach when entering the global marketing field. Target shows in the US to have the ability to offer low to high end offering, while keeping their products at affordable prices for consumers. Which is ideal for consumers who are looking for designer fashion lines at affordable prices. Deploying designer from other countries to create fashion lines for Target stores in their areas would create a strong competitive advantage for the organization.
