I believe my most important indicators of professionalism I posses are arriving early to work to prepare materials and ensuring that everything is in place for student’s arrival. I collaborate with my peer in planning of most skills using a daily routine. We discuss students’ goals and achievements and I make recommendations for future interventions. When students interact with students from other cultures it presents them with opportunity to be appreciative of other cultures. Some counties may not be adequately funded. It may not be in the counties budget to provide so many teachers for one classroom. Teacher burnout is described as an occurrence in which a teacher has been undergoing stress and because of that experiences the effects of that. 1876 was the year of Indian Act, the Indian Act was made by the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to control and assimilate the First Nations. One way to assimilate First Nations kids was Residential schools. The first residential Schools was established in 1884 and the last one closed in 1996. Residential Schools were a network of live-in schools funded by the government that removed children from their homes and forced them to go to these schools until age 18.
