“glad what [he has] done to [Johnny Friendly]” this eludes to the fact that he has no fear in Friendly anymore instead he is proud to be the only standing individual that opposes against Friendly. The value of this shows the raw thoughts of Terry gives strength to oppose against Friendly. Similarly, Rose illiterates in 12 Angry Men that Juror 8, the protagonist, as not fearful to the other jurors opposing opinions to his own. Juror 8 conserves his moral understandings when exclaiming that towards the jurors who voted guilty “this is is somebody’s life. [They] can’t just decide in five minutes.” Thus demonstrates the correct moral thoughts he withholds, although knowing the other jurors do not agree. All jurors argue against Juror 8’s opinion that was made, therefore fighting back to attack the 8th juror. Shown in Act One
Juror 8 still expresses his conscience opinions.
