Question one

Leader can be taught to everyone, it is possible for all to learn how to be a leader. Some people has inherent characteristic to lead other people but also they need to learn to develop to be better and everyone should never stop learning. Firstly, there would be taught by someone who is a professional of teaching leader skill and that can provide variety of knowledge to others. This could teach inside the classroom and outside the classroom, by giving people a lot of teamwork activities to practice, understand of leadership theory and they will get to learn about their own personal failure and success, because knowledge and experience associated with acts of leading. Case-in-point teaching is very useful for student to gain effective experiences, it will help students adapted the case by themselves use variety of theory that they have learn in classroom. For people who already have natural leader character, they may attempt to improve because “ the natural leader is the only effective leader”. Usually, leaders are people who have the excellence skill set to fix the given issue that feel most confident to lead (talk about these to other), which mean it doesn’t matter how they got the confident to do, the point is how they could demonstrate to others to do. Some of them need to learn leadership course to refine some of skills that may not be good enough and to be efficient leader in the future.

A variety of contingency theories suggest that a leader can alter his/her style to any given situation. This is possible for them to do that because every leader trying to make the best decision for the organization so they can change the style anytime when the emergency situation come.
