The trustees, directors and managers are interested in these strategies as they set them in the first place and as the company has improved over time with these strategies they will want to keep them.

The volunteers will be interested in research to understand causes / risks, design & test interventions, Information for public. The volunteers are interested in these strategies as it parts of their work and they have to go by those strategies to do the job properly, they will want to do the job properly as it can be a very good experience and can be seen as an achievement working for a charity.
