Texting In Movie Theaters Essay
I am opposed to allowing texting in movie theaters as well. I prefer it to be peaceful when I am watching a movie so I can enjoy it. Light from phones drive me crazy in the movie theater. Somehow my peripheral vision always catches the light from a phone. I spot a glimpse of light and my eyes immediately look for it. The sound from the phone can be distracting too. One time I was in a movie and I kept hearing a beep and it was so frequent I thought it was the movie. I only realized it was someone’s phone when people started yelling at the guy texting in the front. I agree that allowing cell phones in movie theaters could ruin it for some people. Your statement that if they give us an inch and we take a couple hundred feet is one hundred percent
