The main theme of the book is for one to follow their dreams and take the risks necessary to make their dream come to fruition. One quote that grabbed my attention was, “…whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it's because that desire originated in the soul of the universe. It's your mission on earth (Coelho, p. 22-23)." I found this quote interesting because it is saying that dreams are a way for individuals to experience a connection with a supernatural force that joins everything in the universe. Another quote that grabbed my attention was, “Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own (Coelho, p.16).” I feel as if this quote relates to what I see in my high school or even in the world many times. The final inspirational quote that had me thinking was, “There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure (Coelho, p.141). This quote really struck me as I went into deliberation about it because nothing can stop a dream from coming true but the individual themselves. Fearing failure only leads
