The Cause and Effect of the Duncney relationship
The Cause and Effects of a Bad Relationship Duncan Hatlen and Courtney Mason met at Camp Wanwanakwa in the summer of 2008. Because of their conflicting personalities, Duncan being a rule-breaking deliquent and Courtney being an overachieving goody two-shoes, they often butted heads on the way they should've completed their challenges over the course of the summer. They both told themselves that they would never like the other because of how much they didn't havein common, but after Duncan got sent to the boat house because of misbehavior and Courtney went to checkup on him, they bonded over stealing food for the other campers, Courtney learning to let loose and have fun. They eventually kissed and became a couple. After Courtney's elimination of the game, they both realized how much they missed eachother and happily reunited. While dating, they argued constantly, both trying to change each other. Duncan wanted Courtney to let loose more often, but after getting eliminated the first time, she decided being strict and focused was the only way to go. Courtney kept trying to get Duncan to change as well, giving him lists of traits he should change about himself. About a year later, Duncan was starting to get a bit sick of Courtney's constant fussing at him. He kept hanging out with her best friend, Gwen Coleman, who liked how Duncan acted and considered him to be a really good friend. After a while, Duncan decided he no longer liked Courtney and cheated on her with Gwen, who thought they were broken up. Consequently, Courtney found out about this, and proceeded to get very angry at both of them. She had a personal vendetta for both of them and proceeded to eliminate Gwen and give up on Duncan. Duncan and Gwen got together, but Gwen regreted everything she did to Courtney, as Courtney no longer wanted to be her friend because of her and Duncan's actions. She broke up with Duncan when he continued to be a jerk to her, and tried to apologize to Courtney.

He and his mother also get along well, with the exception of some sarcasm. His good friends that help him along in his chase to find the man they now call “roach” are Wayde and Vinnie, but they have personalities more of typical teenage boys. He seems to be a boy that was born with common sense. In Act 3 Scene 2 we can see how the relationship between the Macbeth and Lady Macbeth begins to fall apart and break down. By saying “What’s done is done” she means that what has already been done cannot be changed, and that Macbeth should forget about it.…

Our Constitution begins with the words, “We the People”, not we the government, or we the wealthy elite, but “We the People”. Our democracy was founded on the basic ideals that everyone should have a say, and that everyone’s opinion matters. This has been the selling point for America for generations, that we are a society of equal opportunity, “The land of the free” as our national anthem states. And yet we aren’t a pure democracy. The people do not enact or vote on laws, they don’t have a say in how the government spends its money. Instead we elect people to do this for us, we are a representative democracy, a republic. This system is efficient, and has kept our nation going for its period of existence, but it has its flaws. One of the largest…
