It’s very remarkable when Starbucks decided to hire 1,000 of refugees. It shows how much they are concerned about the things that are happening in the world and want to help the people who are suffering from these unfortunate events. By hiring these refugees it will benefit the economy, the refugees, and Starbucks. Another thing I found it interesting is that Starbucks trying to help their employees to continue their education and pay for it. This will help encourage people who can’t afford to pay for their tuition costs to come and work for Starbucks and finish their education. However, the issue with this is that the program only focuses on US employees. I think it would be better if Starbucks implements this program to the countries that have a high percentage of students who dropped out of the university because they can afford it. Also, I would advise Starbucks spends more on philanthropy. Meaning that they should collaborate with campaigns around the world, not only in the United
