In less developed countries and war-torn countries no justice system is in use. These countries often use military powers to enforce their laws, this is often the result of the killing of the individual. The criminal justice system consists of three main parts: (1) Law Enforcement (police officers, FBI, Department of Homeland Security, etc...) ; (2)Courts (attorneys, judges, etc...) ; and (3) Corrections(jails, prisons, probation and parole).
