The dilemma of war and peace has been a decisive concern for philosophers and political thinkers in the past, which still remains actual nowadays. The famous advocates of the power of truth always found that wars are immoral. For instance, German famous professor of theology, Martin Luter in his theological work "War and Warship" warns against unfair and wrong motives behind wars and armed conflicts: offensive and preventive wars, violent overthrow of tyrants, subjects’ rebellion against the rulers, and crusades (Andreas, 2013). The new unstable geopolitical situation and wars
In his article "The dangers of new forms of political community" author Andrew Linklater noticed that 'even though new forms of political community have more multinational character and nature than previously it is important to note, that Violent Nationalism and Increasing inequalities between the global rich and global poor can be the main factor for future conflicts between nations' (Smith S.,2006, p.721). In addition, Giuseppe Caforio in his book "Armed Forces and Conflict Resolution" critically believed that 'the negative effect of globalization has continued creating a large disenfranchised population primarily centred in the Middle East, Africa and Asia' (Caforio,2008, p.8).
