The Epidemic Of Child Prostitution
According to the Wisconsin Department of justice thirteen is the average of child prostitution. Human trafficking is considered as “Modern Day” slavery effecting nearly 100,000 people yearly. By definition human trafficking is a form of slavery in which force, fraud or coercion is employed to make another person provide labor, usually a sex act. Wisconsin has been identified as a hub of human trafficking by victims’ advocates ("We believe it will be an effective tool:” Wisconsin creates task force to fight human trafficking | FOX6Now.com," n.d.).
