The FIJIAN was one of the grand names of the Shangri-La International Hotel Group and owned and managed by Brett Taylor. In this case, Brett Taylor was faced with a dilemma where his best right hand and asset, Moala Tukana, was indirectly involved in the incidents of frauds. Brett is faced with Cross-Cultural Management where he needs to take account the cultural factors that influenced the whole management of the hotel itself. Brett was also confront by the elders and told to reinstate Moala back without taking away his seniority privileges in FIJIAN as Moala was also the asset to the people in Nadroga. Brett needs to consider this case thoroughly as he does not want any staff in FIJIAN to take advantage of his ignorance of such practices in his management.
