One book that related to the Blast, Corrupt, Dismantle, Erase was in Brave New World. Where their economic system is not the source of the society's flaws, because the state often controls the economy. In Brave New World, a character, reacting with horror to the suggestion of not being part of the social body, cites as a reason that everyone works for everyone else. We let them stomp on us like we are just a piece of grass. The government runs our society like they are the best around and they know what is for the betterment of us, the people, but truly they have just ran us down the drain. What really has happened to the land of the brave and home of the free? The freeness has just went away and is gone forever. Our society has turned into land of the rich and home of the slaves. We, the people, have little say in anything that is happening anymore. If we had more say we would be closer to a Utopia, but since we let the government lead us we strive away from a perfect world. We fall down and down until we have nothing left to call ours. We let the rich have more say in this world because they have all this money to fund things around the world.
