The Freaks Movie Analysis
Freaks is a movie about circus performers that have various disabilities. In the movie Han’s agrees to marry Cleopatra, a beautiful trapeze artist. At the wedding shower Cleopatra tries to poison Han’s for money and even later in the movie as she says she is giving him his medicine when it is really poison. In the end the “Freaks” took revenge for her trying to kill their friend. This movie has a strong message of how strong a family really is. I know from personal experience that family ties are so strong. Even when you haven’t see them in years they will still be there when you are going through a rough time. The “Freaks” wouldn’t stand for their friend being taken advantage of. Family bond is the real message coming across in this movie.
