This explains Olan and “virtuous woman” by saying that they will not use their husbands for their money or anything like that. They will truly love, care, and help their husbands no matter what. Olan did a lot for her husband and family in the book. She cleaned, cooked, washed, and plenty of other things. Even when she was pregnant with a little one, she still went outside to help her husband in the field. No matter what happened, Olan always thought positive about everything. Olan children do not appreciate her as much as “virtuous woman” children appreciated her in Proverbs 31:28. They also look different. Olan does not have silk clothes as “virtuous woman” does in the Proverbs 31:24-25. Olan was not always technically healthy like “virtuous woman” was in the Proverbs 31:27. Olan was out of the house, as she was cheap. That never happened to “virtuous woman”. There many lines in the Proverbs 31:10-31 that states many things a “virtuous woman” could do. However, Olan could not do everything. Olan and “virtuous woman” are similar and different in many ways. The lines from Proverbs 31:10-31 states how they are different and similar. Very few lines connect the both of them. However, there are lines that differences them. Not that many women could ever do as good as, what Olan and “virtuous woman” could do but they also have some flaws with
