Those parts are the senate and the house of representatives. The legislative branch is also known as congress and congress was made up in 1789. “the legislative branch makes all laws, declares war, regulates interstate and foreign commerce and controls taxing and spending policies.” This quote states that congress which is also known as the legislative branch has many ways of impacting our country and all the states. The legislative branch has to be very careful with the bills that they want to become a law because they have to be considerate to the state and their background because all the states are different and not all of them would need the same law which is why they should know more about the state then to pass a law. The legislative branch is one of three branches. There are two others which are, Executive and Judicial. The president is the head of the executive branch, where he makes all of his decisions on the laws that we, the legislative branch, pass on to him. Making laws are a hard job especially when you have to be considerate about everyone and their life, which means you would have to create reasonable laws. The house of representatives and take on a real stressful job and they manage accomplish a lot for our country and make it so that everyone is happy with the new laws. The senate has just as much as a stressful job as the house of representatives. The senate has many decisions to make when it comes to treaties and presidential nominations and they always consider many things when they are focused on their job. Last but not least, the veto. Veto is a very important part of the legislative branch because you are going to come across some unreasonable bills that might not make sense or does not promote equality or better the state which needs to be
