My favorite book is The Great Gatsby. The Great Gatsby is written by F. Scott Fitzgerald. It is a tragic love story, social commentary on American life in the early twenty. F. Scott Fitzgerald was born on september 24, 1896. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. Fitzgerald joined the U.S. Army after dropping out from Princeton University. His first novel “This Side of Paradise” was published in 1920. It was successful. His third novel; “ The Great Gatsby” was published 1925.
