After the Grimm Brothers created these fairy tales, many people began to flock around the books until they were considered a very popular read. It created a belief system of magic and wonder, yet didn’t shy away from the darkness in the world. It is the typical journey of a hero thrown out into an unknown world with a single objective. The Hero’s Journey maps out the direction in which a typical story is headed. It helps the reader understand the story at whatever pace they need to read it in.
