Because the poet that wrote this poem made a bunch of imagery so the poem can be more exciting and you can see the setting of where the poem is taking place at. If the poem had no imagery you wouldn’t be able to see where the poem is taking place or anything. If we didn’t put imagery in our poems or stories than they would be boring stores that no one would read.
