youngsters to do crimes. I agree with the majority of the Supreme Court that juveniles who commit murder should not be sentenced to life in prison. In Wordpress.com they mention it's a shame that many people at young age decide to live of misdeeds and become juveniles but every action has a consequence and to deal with these unlawful adolescent we have the juveniles department. Even though juveniles brain aren't developed at the age they should be able to differentiate what is right and what is wrong just can't be let off because they are young. Most of you claim that juvenile brains are undeveloped. The normal human brain doesn't stop developing until age 22. There's times where they are not mature, they have a failure to appreciate risk and consequences. In the article on punishment & teen killers the offender in our case was a serial killer in the making he came from privileges whenever he got in trouble his parents would fix it . I honestly don't think it works that way. There could be some punishments your parents could fix but not all. What's the point of making kids suffer in prison for their entire life if they haven't grown up yet. Their brains aren't fully complete and they still need to learn things throughout life.It is wrong to hold children and adolescents who have not reached legal age to adult standards. With appropriate treatment most children who commit crimes even the most violent crimes, can be rehabilitated and become responsible adults. Some people commit a lot of crimes with no intentions of doing them. I agree that the Supreme Court shouldn't sentence life in prison for the children that commit murder.
You receive more in a adult court then you would of in a juvenile court.
