There was both positive and negative effects of the Industrial Revolution. Children where forced to work in factories under horrible working conditions to help support their family. Families had to live in small and crowed rooms because there were so many people moving to Europe and not enough houses. The conditions of the houses that people lived in were horrific. They were very dirty and people got sick often. The Industrial Revolution led to the start of the transportation of goods. Food was able to be transported to different locations and trading could occur. People could travel faster and communication increased.
