The Law, Contracts, and Me

The Law, Contracts and Me Laws are made by legislatures and judges, although there is no universally accepted definition for law, one definition states that law is a system of rules and guidelines which are enforced through social institutions to govern behavior. Page 39.] In a society, rules and regulations exist in order to control peace and order, without these rules, the absence of a uniformed system will make us liberated in ways such that violence will be a normal part of our life, it will force us to learn how to survive, we will be going back to the days where survival is the most important thing in our life. Education, sports, history, technology, and a lot more in the present society will dissipate. As to what I believe, law is everywhere. It is something that people should follow or else a definite consequence will follow through if not followed, moreover, chaos will arise if there is no law, since it regulates the whole society. The real question is, is law beneficial to this society where we live in? Does it help people or does it just ruin them? In having a good society, one must perceive what serves him best. At times when we need justice on our side, evidence is most often the strongest source to prove where justice should side. In this society contracts are frequently used to present the truth, contracts arise when a duty does or may come into existence, because of the promise made by one of the parties. You finish the job, but the check never comes, the customer broke his word, this can be counted as a breach of contract. You will be safe by suing the customer for breaching the contract. In this society, being secure and protected is one of the most successful things a society can have, a better living will be born where people will be afraid for the consequences and punishment by the law.
