The Movie Creed

The movie Creed was released 25 November 2015 , starring Michael B. Jordan (Adonis) and Sylvester Stallone (Rocky) as the main characters. This movie is a spin off from the many Rocky movies however it focuses on one of the opposing characters in the Rocky movie series and the extension of his life. The young son of Apollo Creed, Adonis Johnson, follows in his father’s footsteps at a very young age as he displays a natural talent to fight/box. Though Adonis never met his father (because he died before Adonis was born) Adonis seems to have a fiery passion for boxing. Adonis seeks out a coach and mentor to help him become a better fighter which is when he finds Rocky. Adonis is assertive and relentless in his pursuit of assistance from Rocky forcing Rocky to finally break down and agree to train him. Rocky coaches Adonis to eventually become a great fighter who is finally acknowledged not because he is Apollo Creed’s son but because of his great talent and skill as a boxer which he greatly owes to
Maverick is a part of a two man team, flying with his partner (Goose) who is not only his wingman but someone he considers family. At times his reckless behavior also effects Goose’s personal and professional life.
