They host daily betting games, which cost only a few dollars and enables sports fans to challenge themselves in predicting the outcomes of games. Some argue that the government has no business regulating the gambling of daily fantasy sports, but the purpose of government is to establish order and keep us safe. No one argues that gambling is harmless; so for the government to do its job in keeping us safe, some opinions must be contradicted.
