In contrast, when there is no net neutrality, the operator has the right to request that websites or online service providers pay extra for priority access, which is easier to access for different purposes. With net neutrality, it helps avoid discrimination among users especially in different socio economic statuses; just because you can pay for premium plans does not mean you will have faster internet access. Also, net neutrality will limit or stop how consumer consume information and thus it won't shape their consumption patterns. Theoretically, the network can block access to websites or services that they do not like, or force users to pay extra to gain access to those sites. The problems here is that for non-paid services, such as financially startup companies, Comcast or other network operators have absolutely right to make access to these sites slower than others or even unable to view the video or block it completely. The net without net neutrality will just be like cable TV, not every cable subscriber can watch all the channels, it all depends on the package we choose. On the FCC side and the anti-net neutrality group, they argue that liberating
