Although, Xerox is the largest technology and Services Company is the whole world, with a reported annual revenue of twenty-three plus billions dollars. What they mostly recognize for is their workplace diversity. In other words, how they embrace diversity, minorities, giving everyone a chance. It does not matter your cultural background, race, sex, gender, ethnicity; you are welcome. For instance collaborative skills and the abilities to do many different things at once and integrate alternative viewpoints quickly and effectively. Research found that a lot of companies with a least a higher percent of female corporate officers or board directors, financially outperform companies with the lesser percentages a large margin, on average. That is why I believe Xerox does not defy the “leaking pipeline” because ever since the beginning they have embrace the idea of minorities and females employees in their workplace. As a result, not only minorities make up at least fifty percent of their employee roster, they have female occupied positons such a president and chairman and CEO of their company. Therefore, I do not believe that Xerox embody or defy the “leaking pipeline”
