The Role Of Family In The Book Maus

People on the wars have gone through many problems and didn’t know how to get through it. Family, is one of the ways that people use to overcome their problems. A good example is the books Maus I and II a man man who is concentration camp and inspires to not give up and try to, Hiroshima, and Anne Frank: the Diary of young girl, these people have used the thought of family to get through the conflicts or problems they had. Family in many ways help people in time of conflict

In the book Maus, a man named Vladek tries to survive in the war to see his wife Anja who is also alive. In the bookit states, “I cleaned the shirt very,very careful.” This shows how to survive to see his family again he did what he did to get food. He also gives lessons to a German that gives him things like food,clean shoes and clothes. In the book it states,Yes, I gave private lessons when I lived in Czestochowa.” This shows that he told the German that he knew English so that the German would give him food while he taught the man with English.
