1. Introduction
1.1 Back ground of the study;
The history of telecommunication in Ethiopia dates back to 10 decades with its very low marginal development with out any significance change for along period of time. With a wealth of experience in developed nations and with little practical example in Africa the telecom sector in Ethiopia started in 1882 E.c. Due, Globalization before three years ago the Ethiopian government has decided to made a two and half years managerial contract with France telecom company (Orange) in order to acquire modern managerial telecommunication experiences. After managerial on the job training had taken, the France telecom finished their contract and was replaced by ethio telecom managers (June-2013 G.c). ET is currently offering modern telecom services including third generations and its vision is to be world class telecommunications service provider. Due this, it is born from this ambition in bring about paradigm shift in development of telecom sector to sub steady growth of our country by building reputable brand and managerial capability which has to be known for its customers consideration that enable it to compute with international standard.
Although the best experience that ET acquired from France telecom is Out Sourcing its products and services to potential partners, ET faces difficulties in integrating the marketing
