In the story, the Fly represents a sinner who didn't believe, the Wasp represents a Sinner but they believe in God, and the Spider was Satan. The spider needed to eat his prey in order to survive. The Fly had no defense to help him fight against the Spider and his web, so he was eaten by the Spider. The Wasp had a stinger that could protect him from Spider, so the Spider instead went after weaker insects. When the Fly is getting attacked by the Spider, it symbolizes that the Devil takes advantages of us when we are morally weak or when we don't believe at
