During this episode, Peter decides to grow a mustache, which changes his usual personality and boosts his confidence. Later he sees McBurgertown on fire and runs inside to save a person who was trapped inside and ended up being the store owner who ends up offering him a lifetime supply of free McBurgertown food. Peter then proceeds to the restaurant with Brian to exercise his new privilege and while eating his 30th burger has a stroke that paralyzes the left side of his body. After sometime, and a slow recovery, Peter decides to walk into a Stem-cell research lab and walks out five minutes later completely healed and says “Why are we not funding this?”. Peter then decides to sue McBurgertown with the help of a cat lawyer and against the advice of Brian who reminds him that big companies have massive legal departments. Peter then decides to go to the company headquarters with Brian and asks for a tour. The tour guide takes a very long bathroom break right next to a door that reads “off limits” and Brian insists that what they are looking for is behind those doors. After entering the room, they realize that it is actually a very packed slaughterhouse with hundreds of cows packed into it. They then meet a genetically engineered cow that promises to help expose the truth if they set him free so Peter and Brian agree to this mutualistic agreement. After escaping the headquarters, the cow gives a speech about the negative health effects of McBurgertown’s food and becomes a local
