Literature and art have the ability to be diversely interpreted by people. Famously known painter Vincent van Gogh produced a masterpiece in June 1889 called The Starry Night. This oil on canvas painting gave van Gogh recognition after his death. The art inspired people all around the world. A poet, Anne Sexton developed a poem that was influenced by The Starry Night with extra interpretation and meaning of her own behind it.
