Morgan’s diet consisted of four rules; the first being to only choose ‘super-size’ if he was asked to do so. The second being that he was only allowed to eat and drink something if it was a part of the McDonald’s menu. The third that he had to try everything on the menu at least once during the diet. This meaning that he could not just keep eating the same menu during the diet.
(Lastly, the fourth rule was to eat three meals a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner – no skipping)
