Theories Of Transformational Leadership
I chose Transformational Leadership over the other theories because it does not only describe many of the attributes and behaviors I usually demonstrate in my daily life activities, but also it displays the kind of leader I want to become in the future. Personality characteristic such as being dominant, self-confidence or having ethical or moral values are traits that are innate from me. As a leader, I like to help my teammates to achieve their goals by having a good leader-follower relationship. Also, it is important to me being a good role model to my team. Moreover, I am a leader who engages with followers to motivate them and help them to improve their performance within the team. I like to exhibit confidence in my follower’s abilities to meet the expected results. In the future, I want be remembered as a charismatic and competitive leader.

I consider myself a transformational leader. I like to engage with my team and help them to overcome problems. In addition, I am a leader who motives its followers to do more than what is expected. Also, as a leader, it is very important for me to improve the performance of my team and develop their fullest potential. Moreover, I have strong moral and ethical values, which allows me to be a good role model. Additionally, I am a charismatic leader who concerns about the emotions and feeling of my team. Finally, I like to coach and assists my team by giving them advices and directions in order to accomplish common goals.
