Thomas Gibbon another steamship trader wanted to use New York's water ways to do his business to. Gibbon Gibon believed he should be able to use these waterways because of permission given to him by the federal government. Gibbon was denied the use of the waterways. The final verdict was reached on March 2, 1824 and it stated that the supreme court holds all power over interstate…
It was seemingly a normal quiet night on the day of March 12th 2011, until Virginia Rasnick attempted to phone her husband several times with no response. Sidney Rasnick, while on a work assignment in Jesup Georgia, checked into a motel on March 6th 2011. The hotel was owned by Krishna Hospitality INC. Throughout the work trip for all 6 days he was staying there, her husband had a schedule of always making several calls a day to her, and always one at night before he went to bed. So when he didn’t answer the phone that night she knew something was wrong. Her husband Sidney Rasnik, had a history of heart problems and she was growing more and more worried after calling five more times with no response. Desperate she asked one of the hotel operators that answered the phone to check on her husband. She stated that she was “very worried about her husband” and that he had been on medication. The man on the phone told her that he knew who he was and that he was resting and she was disturbing him. She tried to argue this claim but he hung up. She ended up calling the hotel 8 more times, asking for…

Cummings told me that he has also discussed the case with Wally Bley and Dr. Lucas.…

The increase of shipping by steamboats led to conflict over waterway rights. Let's start with the Gibbons vs. Ogden case, it was in 1819. When Aaron Ogden sued Thomas Gibbons for operating steamboats in New York that Ogden owned. The Gibbons vs. Ogden case didn't go to the Supreme Court till 1824. Where the the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Gibbons, and the federal government reinforce their right to regulate trade between the states by ending the monopolistic control over the waterways in some of the states. After the Supreme Court's dropped the monopolistic control the waterways, more and more companies were traveling over the waterways. That brought prices down and made it more affordable to people to buy there products.…

Each executive has a different proposal such as: increasing brand advertising, lowering paint prices, hiring new representative or keeping status quo. This executive community still has not decided on which proposition to choose. I recommend hiring a new representative in non-DFW areas.…
