The downfall to poaching is that it could cause hunting to be banned and this will lower the rate of outdoorsmen. This means that all the men and women that usually buy their hunting license would not buy their hunting license anymore. The result of the rate of people buying hunting license dropping would be that the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife would be losing money. If the Wildlife department loses money this could result in several animal parks and hunting places being shut down. The banning of hunting could be both good and bad for the people. In (Kentucky white Tailed Deer Report) they state that the banning of hunting could be good for the people because this would make the serious hunters want to help catch people that are poaching and report them to the fish and wildlife department.…

Now, let me start this post review off with a disclaimer: I have not listened to this album very much. I have not bathed in it like I did for my review of Bon Iver’s For Emma, Forever Ago, or the Lumineers’ Cleopatra. I have not surrounded myself with it for weeks on end in order to fully understand it, because, honestly, it has been very easy to listen to other things. Yet it does not take long to see that Beirut is insanely innovative and inspired.…

Poaching, as defined by Webster, is the illegal practice of trespassing on another's property to hunt or steal game without the landowner's permission. Today, that definition seems slightly vague as the nature of poaching has changed drastically in recent years. Poaching is an ever growing epidemic that plagues every continent of this world. Animals of every type are pursued for a variety of economic reasons despite the ecological consequences associated with disrupting the natural order of life in the animal kingdom. While efforts taken to stop illegal hunting are noteworthy, these efforts seem futile as those who pursue the poachers are frequently outmanned and outgunned.…

Rights of individual means having your own mind, so to begin with is personality. Within Longfellow and Lowell they express their personality in the beginning and end of their poems.“The tide rise, the tide falls,” in the title is a simple repeat in life and nothing has changed (Longfellow,1). No control in your lifetime is not having a life. Time and nature are forever in “The Tide Rises, the Tide Falls,” Longfellow wants us to learn a lesson that describes a human life can change if you want it to. An individual “still achieving, still pursuing, learn to labour and to wait,” will show improvement in their lifetime (Longfellow,35-36). Living your life to the fullest and don’t let others get in the way to achieving your dreams. Being alone…
