Quadrant I Quadrant I is definitely where I spend most of time weekly. All of my Quadrant I tasks are urgent and time consuming. Most of the time, I am spending traveling to get one or another, especially back and forth to work. I spend at least 12 hours of my day around work, including traveling back and forth to work. I would have more time to study throughout the weekday and leave more time to work on other projects on the weekend. Or just enjoy an off day once in awhile. This is my sister’s first child, therefore, I don’t mind helping sometimes, but this should not be a part of my daily routine. I can delegate that responsibly back to her to find another alternative for my nephew. I can apply stewardship delegation by providing different methods that would accommodate her work schedule, such a daycare or suggest changing work schedule with cooperative hours.
4. Identify one Quadrant II activity you have been neglecting Describe how you can change your initial Time Management matrix in order to schedule THIS as a priority - and organize (reorganize) your time in order to execute on this goal. The activity in Quadrant II that I have been neglecting is exercising. I can make this a priority once I delegate the responsibility of looking after my nephew back to my sister. That would clear most of time of my day and then I able to organize task throughout the week accordingly. I can either exercise at home or at gym. However, I enjoy being out of my comforted zone while exercising.
