He starts off his speech talking about how colleges used to be a center of learning and education. Where people went to discover advances in science, and where they went to expand their minds to new visions. A place where people learned to become great leaders and lead the world to a better tomorrow. He then starts to show that today's colleges are on the decline and that education is being compromised. He argues that both quality and efficiency should be the main priority in colleges today.
