Ten years ago, the original founders, the brothers Beers together with the Dutch event and entertainment company ID&T started something remarkable, an unseen worldwide connection that grew into a unique symbol of global unity. Tomorrowland is one of the world’s largest and most prominent electronic dance music festivals. Happening only once a year, this legendary festival brings roughly 180 000 people together from around the world to bask in the euphoria that is Tomorrowland.
It’s unique, psychedelic carnival atmosphere is complimented by its electronic and dance music line-up that also features other similar genres such as trance, house, rave and dubstep. With sounds taking precedence over lyrics, electro rhythms face almost no language barriers and that’s a major part of the music’s popularity around the world. Some of the past line-ups include Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta , Steve Aoki, Avicii, Armin van Buuren and over 100 other DJs.
