Film Analysis 5 Moral decisions and why they’re significant:  Tony Stark accepting the terrorists offer to build rockets in exchange for his freedom. It became significant when Stark valued his life with a higher a value than anyone of the public’s life.  Tony’s apologies for the murder of the soldiers that died during the mission with the weapons that he manufactured himself and Admitting that his company became “a system that’s comfortable with zero accountability”. This’s significant because Tony admitted doing wrong which led Tony’s to change his perspective of his company.  Holding a press conference and attempting to shut down Stark Weapons (“His company”) which led to his expel from it, this is significant because it was a disclosure of how powerful and deadly his weapons became.  Attacking the terrorists and stopping them from invading another …show more content…
By holding the press conference and attempting to shut down Starks weapons, Stark did his best to do the right thing as soon as possible. Now some might argue that isn’t ethical and that it goes against the NSPE’s (national society of professional engineer) code of ethics and that he should’ve notified his employer first. But the code excludes when authorized by law or the code. “Engineers shall not reveal facts, data, or information without the prior consent of the client or employer except as authorized or required by law or this Code.” ** Also, under the Fundamental Canons the code reads “Issue public statements only in an objective and truthful manner.” 2. Some others might argue that Stark didn’t act in the company’s best interest but for some extent he was his own boss, he was the chairman and his name was all over their products. Also, the NSPE states that as members of the profession “the services provided by engineers require honesty, impartiality, fairness, and equity, and must be dedicated to the protection of the public health, safety, and welfare.” ** Meaning that the public’s safety comes

    Transcendentalist View of Bartleby the Scrivener Actions The Transcendentalists and the Dark Romantics were the two major literary groups of America's literary coming of age. The transcendentalists believed in transcending everyday, physical human experiences and objects, in order to determine the reality of God, the universe, and the self.
