INTRODUCTION : Malaysia is a beautiful tropical tourist destination in Asia which is the potential not only to attract international tourists but also offer local people. Tourism had become a wise investment that will drive the growth of related industries, all the other acts as a vehicle in the development of mega Malaysia to developed countries in this century. BACKGROUND PARAGRAPH : Tourism is a major service industry thriving and bring in big profits in the form of foreign exchange and propel Malaysia to the world. In 2000, a total of 10.2 million tourists (including domestic tourists) visit to Malaysia which produces revenue of RM20 billion, including the RM17 billion from foreign exchange (The Star, June 9, 2001). The figures exceeded the estimated 6.4 million tourists expected to visit Malaysia. Malaysia is the third most populous country to receive tourists in East Asia - after China and Hong Kong.
